SF Weekly Cover Process - Dale Stephanos

I think it’s great that he mentions the discussion over budget - something that is getting smaller on my end even though the demands continue to grow. I always try and do my best to be fair to whoever I am working with as I never want anyone working with me while they feel frustrated or backed into a corner. It’s the best way I know how to fend off the possibility of frustration on both ends and disappointment on my end when working with other creatives. As I hope you can tell by the finished piece, I was not at all frustrated or disappointed when working with Dale on this.
